A very pleasant well worth visit to clinic 51. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend.
From the very first phone call to book my appointment, I was made to feel at ease. The receptionist was so kind, welcoming, and reassuring, which really set the tone for my visit. During my appointment with the doctor, I felt truly listened to and never rushed. Everything was explained to me clearly and with great care, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Overall, the whole experience was far better than I could have hoped for, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Clinic51 is in a lovely location and has a calm, relaxed atmosphere. I saw Dr Jo Bonsor who was lovely and took the time to really listen to me. She was extremely knowledgeable and we discussed various options open to me before deciding on a plan together. I left the clinic feeling positive. Would highly recommend Clinic51 to anyone struggling with their menopause journey.
I visited Clinic 51 to see Dr Jo Bonser and I can't praise the clinic highly enough. On arrival it was like I had walked into a sanctuary, just blissful. Dr Jo was absolutely lovely, professional and extremely knowledgeable, she has put in place a good plan for me and I felt heard for the first time in a long time. I left the clinic feeling positive and I can highly recommend.
Arriving at the clinic I was warmly welcomed into the lovely surroundings and felt at ease . My menopause specialist Dr Sian was lovely and we covered all my symptoms and issues including migraines . I was prescribed some HRT and have peace of mind knowing I am well looked after . Having a follow up appointment and contact if I have any issues is priceless. Everyone at Clinic51 l have spoken to has been very understanding and listened right from the first phone call when l made an enquiry about the service they provide. I was not in a good way mentally and Dr Rhianydd McGlone listened and reassured me and made me feel that l was not alone, after my consultation I was put on a new medication and within a couple of weeks felt like I had my mojo back! I went back for follow-up and Dr Rhianydd McGlone explained that if I needed to tweak my treatment I only needed to get back in contact, I left feeling better than I had in years.
I cannot recommend Clinic51 highly enough. Everyone I have dealt with is kind, caring and gentle. Clinic51 certainly comes across as really wanting to help and dig deep to solve issues. Also the fact that they specialise in women's health really matters and they see so many women that what might be isolating to me is quickly dispelled as something they know about and can deal with and, most importantly, tell me I'm not alone. I have mainly dealt with Dr Katie Armstrong who has been a life-line and, indeed, a life-saver. I've gone from feeling hopeless and out of control, to feeling as close to normal as I can at this stage in my life! To know I have help at the end of a telephone line or email (and immediate help if I need it) is such a huge relief to me. I honestly don't know where I would be without Clinic51 and I know they will be in my life for many years to come monitoring my HRT and all that that entails. They are a blessing.
Life changing, I finally have some clarity on the menopause and how it is manifesting itself within me. I thought I knew a fair bit but I actually didn’t and the list of symptoms can be eye watering. Katie explains things in a calm and understandable way. She has an extraordinary knowledge of what is happening and why. Therefore she can tailor make the the treatment so it is bespoke and as accurate to each individual’s needs as is possible.
Thank goodness I found Clinic 51. Dr Katie is an absolute joy and she is so articulate....making a complicated subject straight forward and easy to understand. I feel so much better and would recommend Clinic 51 to anyone
