   We were really impressed with the entire package from Lokee. I was a little concerned because I found you on the internet and had no prior experience of your company nor silent discos. But everything went very smoothly from initial enquiry to returning the equipment. We were pleased with the quality of the headsets and the ease of use. Definitely the right decision to get the LED version. You provided clear instructions and lots of cabling for every eventuality. Set up was straightforward and there was plenty of charge on the headsets to allow us to practice the night before the party. Drop off and pick up were also easy and efficient. My daughter and her friends had a great time and she told us that the highlight of her party was definitely the silent disco! So, thank you very much to you and your colleagues for providing such an excellent service. We will definitely recommend you.

   I hired a portable Bose speaker from Lokee Silent Disco and the service I received was exceptional. Farrell’s customer service skills were incredible. She listened to all my questions and went above and beyond to answer them in a warm and professional manner. This was a refreshing response after having contacted other companies who were less than helpful. The process of ordering the speaker to it being delivered and then collected was seamless and felt effortless! The equipment worked well and came with instructions.    Absolutely amazing service from start to finish ! Outstanding customer service, email contact throughout and even offered delivery a day early to check everything was working as expected ! Delivery was via dpd - clear instructions were included about how to work the equipment and how the pick up works I had the headset and lights vip package at an amazing price - I ordered an extra set of lights and can highly recommend they lit up the whole garden ! We partied until 4am it was brilliant and will defo be booking again - thanks again ! Big shout out to Farrell you are a star !

Communication before hand was great, the equipment arrived a couple of days before my party, the instructions were clear and everything was really easy to set up.    Tom and Beth were so helpful with everything! The service they provided was faultless. They were great communicators, helped us with setup, the equipment was great and we had an amazing time! We loved that everyone got to listen to the music they wanted to with 3 channels and it made it super fun finding people on the same channel as you and also switching up the genres!    Can't recommend Lokee Silent Disco enough. I hired 130 headsets for our corporate away day and it went brilliantly! The team were so great, setting up the kit before guests arrived so I knew how to use everything/knew it was all working beforehand! They provided any adaptors I might need which saved last-minute panics. Massive thank you to Lokee, I will definitely be back!

   I booked Lokee silent disco for my best friends hen party. This was 100% everyone's favourite part of the hen weekend! It was so much fun and so convenient, as we were staying in an Airbnb which had strict rules on having no loud music playing after a certain time, Lokee silent disco enabled us to party until the early hours of the morning! Having three different channels gave us the opportunity to have different genres of music playing to suit everyone which went down a treat! The ordering and delivery process was so quick and easy! And i thoroughly recommend everyone to get the silent disco for any up coming events!
