Disgusting behaviour off a man driving a mini bus with this firm outside Fairfield surgery today at 12pm. Shouting at a elderly lady, swearing and being aggressive. Slammed her drivers side window shouting and made the elderly lady cry. Absolutely Disgraceful behaviour. Should not be allowed to drive any Vehicle.
HC689 taxi number, number plate CP65 FBY absolutely disgusting man, dangerous driving, ran us off the road as two lane road went in to one, while he had very young children in the car alone with him, swearing infront of them with hand gestures.
Taxi was on time picking us up and come early as requested on return journey for price quoted. Will definitely use again

I booked a mini bus 6 weeks ago for this Saturday. They said call the day before (this Friday) to pay. I call today (Wednesday) ahead of time, and they use the line "we've been trying to get hold of u....", which I knew was to be followed by "so we had to give away your booking". Left me completely in a hole, and I can't find an alternative mini bus company as there is an international rugby game on, and everywhere is fully booked. Now I have to find a way to get 12 people from Cardiff to Llanelli at 2am on Saturday.Thanks a lot, waste of space!!
