Picked up on time 5* when being collected waited but did not turn up, phoned office but could not get a reply. Then booked with a respectable taxi who turned up on time. If you intend using this taxi company be prepared to be let down, we eventually had a call blaming a break down sorry but you could have let us know, won’t be using them again.
Absolutely terrible. Didn't turn up at all. After 8 missed calls returned my call claiming driver had been and waited for ten mins. My CCTV proves that was a blatant lie. Led to me missing my flight and costing me a fortune. Was then rude on the phone. When I spoke to alternative cab companies they informed me he is well known for letting people down and a bit of a joke to all the other local cab firms. DO NOT USE!

Unhappy with a specific driver and the duty phone operator, booked a taxi for a 12:30 pickup, arrived 5 minutes early, rang door bell but did not wait at door, answered door and called out to them "Just Coming" but was seemingly ignored then they drove off at 12:30 on the dot with no further contact, phoned to complain and just got excuses. Will not be using the firm again despite past good experience with other drivers of the firm.
Fantastic service, helping us out really short notice today and getting my dad, who has dementia, back home swiftly and caringly. Highly recommend.
Brilliant experience I have been a loyal customer since April 2022, Griffs is an amazing person and has so many great qualities and I would consider him to be a great loyal friend and his daughter Chloe also.
