   After been using this firm for most of my life. I called up today asking for a taxi tomorrow morning the male operator on the other end was really rude never in my life have I been spoken to by this company the way I was today I shall not be using this firm again the drivers are lovely but as for the bloke in the office is something else how he still has a job is beyond me when asked for his name he point blank refused to tell me it he really needs to be sacked or freshed up on customer Service skills before this company loses any more customers.

   Absolute joke of a firm! Phoned up to say there was a female customer needed assistance to go home by herself and this company did not want to know. She had been at a close family members funeral and they refused point blank to take her even after we offered to pay the fair +extra in advance and despite only having 4pints all night. Then when i questioned them on the phone was sworn at, laughed at and verbally abused before having the phone put down on me by the male call operator. They have now lost our local business. ** avoid this company or use with caution! If we could give a 0star rating we would . We shall not be bothering with this firm again!

   I have to say this company came to my rescue after I had surgery. They were the only company in Llanelli who committed to taking my daughter to school and collecting her on a daily basis. They have always been on time picking her up and collecting her. My daughter who is 11 thinks the drivers in her words are "awesome" we will use this company for any future taxi's needed. Thankyou Arthur's excellent service and I shall recommend you without hesitation
