Fantastic, the children loved it after getting roller skates for Christmas the staff are brilliant, music was good and the food was OK and not over priced, the soft play was also a winner for the kids

Great value for money here, kids can have a good couple hours fun with interactive skating, good music and a decent sized soft play. Food quality is poor and is all served as takeaway but otherwise a great experience

If you have a child who doesn't like noise, this place isn't for you, it has a live DJ playing and its VERY VERY loud, my children struggled even with ear defenders on ! We visited for the soft play rather than the skating. It is well priced and no online bookings, just show up which is good and staff are friendly. The softplay frame isn't very big and the kids got bored very quickly (4 & 6 yrs) The whole place needs a good clean, the skaters share the seating areas with the soft play so the floor is not very clean at all, the kids just in socks for soft play and kids in rollerskates I think is an accident waiting to happen with run over toes. I wouldn't return sadly.

Excellent evening with my Dad and 9 year old! We go to roller skating rinks often. What stood out about Funkys is the friendly atmosphere and how much they encourage everyone to have good fun! The staff are attentive, checking up on people who fall over (including my dad) and their skills inspired my daughter. Next time we’re in Norwich we will certainly be back!

Great skating rink and play area ! Not many places like this around. Drinks and food are very good value. Cannot recommend this place enough !

This place has been going for years. I bought my youngest two children here, now they are taking their's! Great fun!

Very good facilities, but very alienating and not at all inclusive to anyone that hasn’t skated before. Despite there being plenty of staff on duty and some actually skating no one attempted to engage with us or offered any advice or encouragement to myself or my daughter despite us both obviously struggling for 2 hours. I wasn’t expecting free tuition but I would have expected someone to show a bit of kindness and helped us out a little bit rather than totally ignore us. I take part in other sporting activities and have always found it normal to offer advice and encouragement to any beginner who is struggling to learn or take part in something I’m proficient in. An intimidating and unpleasant experience, and I’ll likely struggle to persuade my daughter to attempt something new in future.

Even though I broke my wrist realty badly here on Saturday, I have to rate the place 5 stars. Such a fun, constructive way to spend hours in an evening with games, great music, friendly people and good facilities. The team was immediately on hand when I went down and were professional, helpful and supportive, without fussing. It would be good to have warm drinks in the situation but I can't say they didn't I just don't know if they did or not. Great fun times to be had for all the family. Probably wear protective gear if you are a danger to yourself as I am.
