   Unhelpful staff, inaccurate information and no real effort to solve a problem. Seem to prefer gaslighting to action. Difficult to understand what role, if any, they fulfill. We live on a major trunk road, A483, right in the middle of Carmarthenshire, and have now been ( 01/04/24) 6 nights without street lights. Dangerous and worrying. These people couldn't care less nor can they tell us when the problem will be fixed. A depressing example of Wales public "services".

   South wales trunk Rd agency's a joke when it comes to the rubbish and debris on the A4232 between Culver House Cross and the M4, This company are suppose to be in charge of this link Rd section, Culver to Cardiff is Cardiff concil what a shame,This company who is based In Skewen Swansea do absolutely nothing in keeping the A4232 in a safe condition, You only have to drive up and down the this stretch they are responsible for you will see its in a terrible mess with Debris and Rubbish everywhere they should be fined or lose control of supposedly looking after the A4232 before there is a accident caused by thier failing to upkeep this Rd in a clean and safe condition.
