   Someone needs to have a look at this depot. I have had 2 separate parcels which were meant to be delivered from here. Both arrived WEEKS later. They scan parcels onto the van, take them for a spin, and then take them all the way back to Bridgend. This goes on for 2-3 weeks. I always check who the courier is now, when making online purchases. I won’t be using these ever again. Cowboys.

   Useless is an understatement. Anyone sending parcels, save yourself a whole load of hassle, and use a proper courier. DHL are always good. DX are appalling. I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a parcel next door.

   Very disappointing service, they cancelled delivery 5 times, forcingyou to choose a different delivery day, so you reschedule only for another text to say not able to deliver and so it goes on. Had another supposed delivery with a 2 hour window 10.46-12.46, shows live tracking and then at 12.47 it goes off line so you've no idea when it's arriving only to find it back in the depot. The online chat is full of false promises, a dire courier service and still no parcel 2 weeks and counting

   Sent one parcel to my client. Three days in a row delivery failed due to address not being found. I asked for the parcel to be sent back to us. It’s been 18 days and we’ve still not seen the parcel. Phoned the customer service and all I was told was that they were gonna email the depot to let them know.

   Waited in three consecutive days based on their messages about when it would be delivered. No sign of the driver at any stage yet still received "we tried but you weren't in" outcomes. Not the first time they've not delivered to schedule, but the first time it's been three consecutive days with no explanation other than lies Will now check courier before putting an order in with companies and won't use any that use DX

   ONLY GIVEN ONE STAR HAS HAD TO DO THIS TO LEAVE REVIEW. Just got off the phone as waited in all day for a parcel which should have been delivered between 11.19 and 13.19. I was told that they had attempted delivery even though I had been hovering at the window all that time and beyond. Think it was the invisible man, with my invisible parcel driving an invisible van. I advised them that the MAP was showing the van near me as I was tracking it but the van and the map suddenly disappeared but my parcel was still showing out for delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU REQUIRE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

   don,t go with this company its a scam they don,t deliver your parcels as they say they do been waiting in for 2 days not a happy customer again i will take matters further maybe go too trading standards or someone higher up you should be stopped doing this too customers and sellers i would not even give u one star but i had too post this

   Absolutely shocking company, had 2 delivery's late last week, the second of which I had to collect in person because it wasn't going to arrive on time. Got to the depot, not a soul in sight, I rang the bell at the collection desk 5 times, no response. I even walked straight into the warehouse where customer's orders where being stored without anybody stopping me wondering what I was doing, finally got hold of a member of staff who told me they didn't know anything about a collection. If I could have given zero stars I would have!
