   If I could give 0 stars I would!! Prepared to leave 2 women stranded in town because he couldn't be bothered, coming out with lame excuses. If we were drunk it would be understandable, but we were sober.

   Disgraceful service on more than one occasion leaving a female alone whilst at least one driver was present in the office at closing time. On the second occasion this was challenged and I eventually managed to get a taxi home at an extortionate rate. I would not recommend their apparent 24hr service to anyone. Rude and unprofessional. Would appreciate the details for the “boss” as apparently that’s who I was supposed to complain to.

   This is in response to Ceri Clarke!! As I was the driver that transported you and your 2 daughters I was nothing but polite to you. On leaving the said vehicle i pointed out to you that 1 of your daughters had had an accident on as i firstly noticed her wet leggings I was courteous in pointing ring out that fact we both then looked to said seat and you was so apologetic. It was my duty to inform you that there was a £50 soiling charge. And u said you had no money on you and u gave me all your details etc. I then at that point took no money off you. You then phoned the company a day later giving alot of abuse. So to actually post about us when it wasnt actually anything to do with mistakes on our part when it was your doing. Maybe you should tell the truth !!!!

   A company that seems to think they can turn up as and when they feel like it with zero empathy towards the customer. If a service is required for a set time and booked 4 hours in advance and still turn up 20 minutes late with no apology I think its time to hang up your key.
