    Wow this company sucks. Failed delivery for a parcel 4 times, even though someone was home every time. Constant going in circles on their โ€œlive chatโ€ which never solves any problems, and just feels like AI. I hope to never have to deal with this company again once (if) my parcel finally delivers. Deserves zero stars for their service, they are just lucky google doesnโ€™t allow that, otherwise their rating would undoubtedly be significantly lower.

    Had a stainless steel table delivered driver left as soon as door was opened, the box was in pieces and the item inside completely destroyed and unusable there is no way this was an accident it would have taken alot of effort to cause this much damage i can't complain to dx and company I bought from are being a nightmare and not responding so there's ยฃ200 wasted

    If I could leave zero stars I would. Had a failed delivery with no attempted delivery posted through the door, rescheduled and they failed to deliver, rescheduled again and yet again no attempted delivery. Avoid this company at all costs. The fact they hide from any social media should tell you all that you need to know about this company.

    Waited in for a parcel today and tracked it obline until it was in my street. Saw the van stop 3 doors down and waited by the door as my baby was sleeping and I didn't want him woken by the doorbell. The van drove straight past me, and a minute later I had a message saying they'd attempted and failed delivery! It even said a card had been put through, which it hadn't. "Benjamin" the delivery driver is either totally incompetent or dishonest! I tried to phone DX and was only able to speak to a bot. Have rearranged delivery for tomorrow as it seems the only thing I can do. Let's hope Benjamin isn't on duty!!

    Only had a delivery from them once, but very good. The driver actually made the effort to find us rather than a lot of couriers who just dump it at the first house they come to in the postcode. Driver was polite and well mannered. Delivery was prompt and in excellent condition. Excellent experience.

    Having purchased numerous items on the net during covid the only courier company that failed to deliver on the day that they were supposed to was DX. Once again today I have been in all day waiting for them to deliver a battery and the only contact I have had with them is their tracking information which clearly states out on the road for delivery between 8am and 6pm needless to say it's now just after 7pm and no delivery. Looking at other posts this is a regular customer moan and anyone with any managing instinct would be concerned but no they are not interested

    This company is giving Couriers a bad name. I was expecting a package to be delivered by them and it never arrived. When I contacted the company who had sent out the package they assured me that DX had claimed that they had attempted delivery three times (and left cards to say they had done so) where I live. This was a total and utter fabrication as I did not receive one card let alone three. Wherever DX were attempting to deliver to it wasn't where I live. How a 'Courier' company can be so bad in this day and age baffles me. I'm giving them one Star and that's only because I am unable to give them zero Stars.

    Completely and utterly hopeless not to mention dishonest. We were given a delivery date add time, at the end of this we received notification a delivery had been attempted and we could reschedule. This simply isn't true, a) we were at home throughout the delivery window and b) we have a Ring doorbell which shows no attempt was made. I opted for a rescheduled delivery the next day and we received no notification and again nobody delivered our item. We needed the parcel for the weekend and owing to the dishonest incompetence of this business we now have nothing. Avoid at all costs. I feel one star is significantly over generous.
