   I had a very disappointing experience at the Norwich City Football Club shop in December. I purchased a shirt for my little boy, thinking it was part of a sale due to its placement in the store and tags. When I brought it to the till, I discovered it was full price. Despite being surprised, I paid for it. However, less than an hour later, my son decided he didn’t want to keep it at full price, so we returned to the shop to exchange it. The receipt clearly states that returns are accepted within 28 days if you are unhappy with your purchase. Despite this, the staff rudely refused to allow us to return, exchange, or refund the item, even though it was unused and still in its original packaging. Nothing had been signed or explained that this was a non returnable item. My partner asked to speak to the manager twice, and both times I was told they were “on lunch” or “not available,” which felt like an excuse to avoid dealing with the issue. The customer service was shockingly poor and dismissive throughout the entire experience. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff. Not only was the return policy stated on the receipt ignored, but the overall attitude of the employees made the situation even worse. This is not the level of service I expect from a store representing Norwich City Football Club. I would caution anyone considering shopping here to be aware of their reluctance to honour their own policies and the unhelpful attitude of the staff.

   It's got everything you'd expect of a sports team gift shop, but they make it unecessarily difficult to buy anything. They don't take cash but they also don't take American Express cards. It felt like the staff were annoyed with a tourist for not understanding their weirdly-specific rules and taking a minute of trial-and-error with their payment machine (it wasn't busy or anything).

   Never has any football shirts in any mens sizes, always say they are expecting a delivery soon but that's been since November and it's now end of Jan! Pointless being open if you stock no mens football shirts or online, exactly the same thing happened last year and you would have thought the club would learn and order more but nope still the same issue!

   Popped in today to exchange a tracksuit top bought as a gift that was too small and had lost the receipt, they exchanged a larger size without any quibbles, a refreshingly simple process by friendly staff .
