The staff are lovely and accommodating. I went here for a referral for surgery as it was recommended on gov.uk, however after my referral was denied they pursued it thoroughly in order for it to get approved, I had to have another appointment but at no extra cost. Great service :)

Psychology Sussex are proving to be the best support and advocacy I’ve had! I definitely recommend enquiring with them for anyone who might feel they want support with anything that’s feeling overwhelming

The staff at Psychology Sussex are lovely, welcoming, and they’ve made my access to support a comfortable and non-judgmental experience. Prior to this, accessing support has proven difficult for me so this has been extremely helpful, and I’m sure other people may feel the same in the future. Another important thing to note is how trauma informed the reception staff and practitioners are at Psychology Sussex. My appointment times have been mindful of the challenges I’ve been facing, there’s even been consideration towards the lighting! These are the little things that make a big difference. Thank you!

Took my son for some hypnotherapy and we had a great experience. I found the clinic to be professional and calming with friendly staff. Would recommend.

I asked about organising therapy session for my daughter and spoke to a therapist called Zee. When my partner and I enquired about the possibility of getting a bursary we were not only refused (which we understand) but actually felt the tone they used with us was so rude it crossed the line from being just unhelpful to being effectively classist abuse. We were told in no uncertain terms by Zee that we were not welcome in their therapy sessions due to the fact we had asked about the possibility of a bursery (something we felt was effectively barring us because of our lack of financial resources). The whole experience was triggering and actually traumatic to be spoken to as if we were unworthy of their help. The interaction left my partner in tears.

I am re-doing a review with the hopes that the service at psychology Sussex pulls through! I contacted them a few months back and quickly got a psychiatric assessment with a report that outlined difficulties and treatment options.. Unfortunately I didn't hear back for quite a while! The practice owner has since been in contacted and been more than apologetic about the delay in response as well as going above and beyond to provide me with a new hope of soon to receive treatment! I will keep this review updated!

Very disappointing experience. I rang to get help for my son, beginning of July. First time I never got a call back, so rang again. I spoke with Dominic I thought he was very caring (clearly not)! He said I would receive a phone call in a few days time which I didn't. When I rang again in total desperation and nearly in tears, the female who answered said he would call me back asap and he didn't.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for private counselling. Rates are perfectly acceptable and the staff is very lovely as are the different counsellors. Calling them is never an issue and you always get a speedy answer to your query. If they need to email you they do it just as fast. Couldn't reccomend them more. Definitely a perfect business for such a sensitive focus point

Dr Emma Bell has been an enormous support to me. She has helped me work through some difficult times and I will be forever grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend her!
