   Jeanna's wonderful expertise has been helping me cope with a very severe Frozen Shoulder over the last few months. Her understanding of the issue and her bespoke treatments have been absolutely fantastic. There's real healing in her hands and such a breadth & depth of knowledge which make each treatment worth it's weight in gold! Added to this is the calm and relaxing environment where all your stress disappears - cannot recommend her highly enough - and cannot wait for my next visit!!

   The whole hot stone massage experience in a yurt was heavenly! Probably the most relaxing treatment to date. Jeanna has years of experience, she was professional and friendly and the treatment itself felt so deeply relaxing. I would highly recommend Jeanna, this is a wonderful experience and Iford is a quaint little village just a few minutes from Lewes and I think well worth the visit.

   Meeting Jeanna at Roundhouse Therapies has been very nuturing for me. The setting is completely right and offers a warm and cosy calming yurt. Jeanna demonstrates a deep understanding of bodywork and her aptitude for therapeutic massage has brought great relief from my presenting symptoms. There is as well, an overriding sense of emotional security throughout, which is generated through Giannas non judgemental and professional approach to her work. I would highly recommend her fascial release work as well as the hot stones. The massage offers a welcome refuge for body and mind alike.

   Jeanna had advised me to consider getting a massage as I suffer from terrible backache. I’ve always been a bit reluctant to get a massage because I felt I wouldn’t be comfortable and relied on just getting better myself. Although I’m only 26, I felt like I had the back of an 80 year old. My main job is in an office sat down behind a screen all day, then my part-time job is as a chef which means lots of heavy lifting and physical stress. I then spend my free time working under a car and by the end of each week my back is in bits. I got to a point where I was struggling to get out of bed and struggling to sit down comfortably for more than 20 mins so obviously this was affecting my work. When I visited Roundhouse Therapies, Jeanna was so welcoming and I felt comfortable before I even entered the yurt. Within an hour session, Jeanna had completely fixed my back. Once I stood up I felt somewhat taller which Jeanna explained was because my muscles were so tight, it was causing me to arch over… I also realised as I was walking later that day, my posture was miles better and I felt much more comfortable whilst at either of my jobs and under the car. I could even jump out of bed again which I haven’t been able to do for far too long. I will definitely be returning here as Jeanna has completely changed my expectation of massages plus my everyday life has been so much better now, wish I had come much sooner. Thanks again!

   Jeanna is definitely an expert massage therapist! I had a fabulous 90 minute treatment in her beautiful yurt - a full body hot stone massage and a mini facial with hot stones and I thoroughly enjoyed every delicious, therapeutic moment! The hot stone body massage really settled down some shoulder pain I had been suffering and it has remained better since. The facial left my skin smooth and clear. The stones on my face were a lovely experience. I will definitely be a regular client from now on.
