   We have just used Swansea limos to hire a party bus for 16 people for me and my husband’s joint birthday party They were amazing ! They were spot on time for pick up and return journey , Lee was fantastic to deal with really pleasant and always at the end of the phone !    I would like to thank Paul and team for his outstanding service. We booked a 16 seater limo for my brothers wedding, turned up on time and was perfect. We had also booked another car for the bride to go in from another company, however, they let us down on the day and never turned up. When Paul caught on to the chaos that was going on, without any hesitation he said another limo will be sent over, within 5 minutes the limo was already on its way for the bride. We are truly thankful for resolving a stressful situation for us all. Highly recommended company.

   I can not thank paul and his team enough for helping us on our wedding day. We had booked 1 car with them originally and booked another car with another company who let us down 15 minutes before our wedding. Paul went above and beyond for us personally to make sure he got us a car to take my wife to the wedding. He dropped everything he was doing got my wife to the wedding only 15 minutes later than expected. What a lovely gentleman and I can't recommend him enough. Thank you

   Thank you Paul and his team. I'm pretty shocked by the bad reviews as Paul has been one of the easiest companies I have dealt with. I was kept informed throughout the booking process and any queries were quickly answered. On the day the bus turned up on time, spotless and considering they had 12 rowdy tweenagers they handled it extremely well. Nothing was too much and even accommodated all the teachers and parents, having a nose around before leaving. The kids are still talking about it and the parents are over the moon. Thank you Swansea Limos for all your hard work, you have made 12 kids very happy.

   Such an amazing experience!! I used this company for my hen party after my other bus letting me down 3 days before. They were absolutely brilliant and managed to get us in. We had the party buses both ways and they were so clean and the driver (Simon) was so lovely and professional and kept in touch when on his way. Thank you so much!!
