When I walked through Gary’s door I felt very apprehensive, having never been to counselling before, but Gary’s kind nature and approach created a safe space for me straight away and he started to gently open me up over our sessions. I came to Gary feeling completely broken, confused, struggling to make sense of what I’d been through, unhappy and a bit lost. When I left I was strongest I’ve ever felt, had clarity, felt healed and I had found myself in a way I never thought possible. I will be eternally grateful for what Gary has done for me. What I’ve learnt with Gary I can carry with me as I go through the rest my life. My experience with Gary as a counsellor showed me how wonderful and life affirming excellent counselling can be.
