   My time with PB Counselling has been completely transformational. I spent the last three years having regular weekly sessions, and Paul was always on time and always engaged. He is a wonderful person and has an unmeasurable capacity for kindness, compassion, and empathy. During our sessions he was always honest, challenged my thinking, and accepted me for who I am. His humanitarian approach to counselling combined with the EMDR helped me face some real traumas, overcome my feelings of inadequacy, anxiety and depression. This sparked a massive chain reaction throughout my life, everything has improved tenfold- from my home, career, finances, relationships, hobbies, and most importantly- my relationship with myself. When I look back and think to how scared and resistant I was to start counselling, I could never have imagined that this is where I would be. I have never felt as truly seen as I do now which really only makes me happier to be in my own skin. Thank you Paul, for everything!
