    When 14 weeks pregnant, Broadway Counseling confirmed that they felt that firing me due to my refusal to counsel a client processing miscarriage trauma was justified and appropriate. I disagree, and feel that I would have done a disservice to that client due to my pregnancy status. I sought advice and assistance from the BACP and ACAS but given the unpaid nature of my training contact, and its duration, there is no legal recourse or appeals process for me to follow externally to Broadway.
