Emma is a truly wonderful counsellor and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking counselling. She is kind, thoughtful and empathetic. Working with her has been a tremendously life changing experience, she really helped me in becoming the strongest version of myself that I am today. During all of my sessions - and Emma was always willing to be flexible whether I wanted in-person sessions or online sessions, whichever suited me better - I always felt that I was in a safe space with her. Emma never once judged me and always showed care and understanding to everything she heard. I will never forget how much Emma has helped me!

I'm not sure I can put into words how much Emma has helped me, but i'll try... From the very first session, I knew I'd found the right person. I immediately felt this. Emma understood me in a way I never even understood myself before. She supported me in working through some of the hardest moments of my life. Gently taking the plasters of from trauma, heartbreak, guilt, ADHD diagnosis, issues with alcohol, confidence, relationships to everyday life stuff. Emma will always be my person and I wouldn't hesitate to contact her again if I need her. She has a truly incredible gift for listening so deeply, you really feel it. Kind, and very, very real. I felt genuinely cared for. Though everyday I still need to do the work and continue to set my own boundaries, which I think I will always struggle with. I honestly feel I am so much stronger and at the same time more gentle and kinder to myself. I'm also 8 months sober, which has changed my life. Something that I never thought possible. I will forever be grateful for the compassion, wisdom, and support I received from Emma. If you are looking for someone who will literally walk beside you on your healing journey, I cannot recommend Emma enough. So, I guess I did find the words after all. That's what Emma does, helps you find your own words. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

A friend recommended Emma to me and I am so glad I followed up as working with her was an ultimate pleasure. I immediately felt a sense trust and safety Emma is a very approachable, nurturing and kind person. With a very calm and grounded style Emma gave me the space to be myself as well as the time to reflect during our sessions I was always amazed at Emma’s ability to remember facts and information shared with her and this made our sessions so much more productive. I went to Emma about a very specific situation in my professional life, Emma’s career experience (not just as a therapist and counsellor but previously as a office professional) helped me to accept, let go and move on with ease. I love that Emma has the option of face to face and telephone sessions as this really fitted with my work schedules.
