I cannot thank Luz enough. I met her at a really bad time and she was able to listen to me and help me through my lowest moments. Luz’s approach was gentle and was able to hold the space when I could not do it. She just understood and in non judgmental ways made me feel very safe. If I ever find myself in a rocky place I know where to go for solutions.
