Everyone there was so kind and supportive, I had a biopsy and was extremely nervous but they were so understanding and made me feel reassured throughout the whole process. Couldn’t fault my treatment here.

I had an appointment this week after being referred by my GP for a lump. Firstly, there is no parking there at all so I paid to park in the Travelodge next door. Anyway all the staff were SO lovely! Really personable, kind and came across as so caring. I was so impressed. Had a Dr check followed by a mammogram and ultrasound. All 3 made me feel so comfortable and looked after. The building seems very run down and shows just how the NHS is being run into the ground. The government need to invest and we need to make sure that our magical NHS, managed by all these angels are looked after

Just awful, uncaring and unkind nurses who don’t even answer the phone or care about you at all. Slow to respond They only want to tick admin boxes and get rid of your enquiries with fobbing you off. Not nice people at all. Stay at Worthing if you can.

I am on a waiting list for the breast screening programme for those at risk for more than 6 months. in the meantime I have several lumps. they are probably benign and some have have been checked before. however given that my mother developed breast cancer at the age I am at now it is scary to think that this isn't better checked. my mother died of breast cancer 25 years ago which could have been prevented through screening and it's sad that with all the progress made since then the same could still happen.

I am honestly so grateful to have this wonderful centre in my local area and for the drop in clinic the provide for post op patients. From day 1, everyone i have met has been amazing. From the wonderful Mr. Zammit, my amazing BCN Caroline, Dr Renske Mc Farlane, the lovely nurses especially Meg, receptionists, radiographers, volunteers who run the cafe, security- everyone is just brilliant and I am very grateful for the great care and kindness you have all shown me. Thank you for everything you do!

The care and careful communication that I received today was outstanding. Every person who worked with me today went out of their way to make sure I knew exactly what procedures were taking place and were so kind to try and minimise any discomfort. I am so grateful to have had this experience during a rather scary time. Thank you to everyone at the Park Centre for Breast Care. You write the book on customer care.

Everyone at the centre was professional & friendly except the lady on reception who was miserable & rude. Not the welcome you need when attending a clinic fearing you will be told you have breast cancer. Dr's, nurses & health care assistants were all amazing.

I have attended regularly over many years due to an ongoing condition. I am always seen promptly when I need an appointment and am treated with great kindness and care. All the staff go out of their way to accommodate my other health problems and disabilities and are very supportive. I’m very grateful for the way that all the staff treat me with sensitivity and always feel that I’m in good hands. Many thanks to all at the clinic.

I visited the centre today , having been recalled after a routine mammogram. Obviously I was worried but all the staff there were amazing. From a phone call from lovely Suzi this morning, followed up by her explaining everything, to the kind and caring ladies doing the mammogram and the doctor.....all respectful and smiling. All ran very smoothly and I felt I was in very good hands. Thank you!
