   There are simply no words to express my gratitude to this hospital. From the very first contact through to surgery and aftercare, everything was outstanding. First and foremost, Dr Martin Jones — whose kindness, understanding, and expertise put me at ease from our first consultation. He’s truly magic and has completely changed my life for the better. Thank you to Sarah, his secretary, who communicated with me quickly and kindly — always positive and so helpful. I’m so grateful to Dr Niamh Gavin (my anaesthesiologist). Her energy is infectious! Her understanding of women’s health and body gives me real hope for a diagnosis after our short chat. She really knows her stuff, and I knew I was in good hands from the moment we met. Also - the amazing Ara from the pre-assessment team — knowledgeable and full of great advice — fully prepared me for what was to come! And of course, the most gentle, friendly, and welcoming nurses before, during and after my surgery — Nicky, Marta, and Ren. I felt so well cared for that I honestly didn’t want to leave! Even the food was amazing — and so was the lovely lady who served it. At my follow-up and dressing change, both Jamie (the nurse) and Dr Tomasz were so patient and supportive, taking their time to explain everything about my aftercare and medication in a way that made me feel confident and reassured. And finally, the smiley, lovely ladies at reception — you make the first impression of this hospital just as wonderful as the last. I hope I haven’t forgotten anyone — because every single person I met deserves to be mentioned by name. You are the reason this hospital is a truly world-class facility. If you’re on the fence about where to go — trust me, you’ll be in the very best hands here.

   Quick, efficient service for my outpatient surgery. Kind, polite nurses for my follow up visit for woundcare. Cool, calm waiting room. Mr Teo was excellent and explained everything before the procedure. Quick histology reports back also. Very happy.

   I had breast augmentation surgery on the 5th Oct at the McIndoe Centre and firstly I cannot express how amazing Dr Martin Jones is! Wow, after the first consultation I completely trusted him and knew he understood my end goal. I am so happy with the results so far and how well I have healed. Thank you! secondly I must also thank the nurse who went out of her way to make sure I was well looked after during my stay which was Jessie (I think I have spelt wrong) but she was amazing. Her company was really appreciated while I was waiting for my surgery and the nerves were kicking in! nothing was a problem for her. Thank you!

   It will be a while before i can say about my results but... Dr Kumar was so nice and friendly. I was nervous after a previous treatment had gone wrong elsewhere but I felt so calm and he really understood what i needed and was able to correct it for me. I looked at so many centres and this was by far the best in terms of price and experience. You definitely get what you pay for. The whole team (including my nurse sandie) were great. Thank you, excited to see the results!

   Wonderful treatment and Dr Harley was a legend. Thorough, knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to you and kind. I can’t recommend him enough. The Mcindoe Center was lovely also and the staff extremely sweet and caring. A fabulous place if you are looking for this sort of surgery.

   I recently had a procedure here and cannot praise the centre enough. From the moment I arrived I felt comfortable. The receptionist. Debbie. The nurses. Porters. The lady who brought me a cup of tea. Cleaners. Theatre staff. Mr Pickford. All were so pleasant and friendly. Everything was explained to me before and after. I would thoroughly recommend the McIndoe Centre.

   I have had many cosmetic procedures over the last few years at different hospitals so I have some good comparisons... the care I received at the McIndoe has definitely been the best so far. The staff were really, really lovely. The processes, from pre-op through to follow-ups, all felt really thorough and professional. Communication was great from beginning to end. I just felt generally well looked after and made to feel comfortable at all times - never an inconvenience. If I could suggest an improvement then the catering standard could be a little higher. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad, I have just had better elsewhere. Thank you to all the nurses and theatre staff who took care of me.
