   Went recently as was in the area and need some bait for a match, matchbfishing is not my usual type of thing (have been roped into one), didn't really no where to start for bait, asked the staff and they were very helpful asked questions about stock, lake etc. Answered best I could as a new lake as well to me. Have been recommended the bait to use (when the match arrives if I blank i may change this review!). Had a chat about different lakes and carp which is my usual type of fishing. Overall very positive visit, friendly, helpful staff. And match bait is cheaper than carp bait as I found out so win win

   I'm a complete novice at fishing, had no clue what I was looking at or what I was doing but wanted to take the kids fishing. The staff were fantastic on getting us set up with what we needed and showing us how to use the kit and was a really reasonable price as well - didn't try to sell us expensive kit we wouldn't know how to use. Will definitely be using this shop again as we have a few more fishing adventures on the broads.

   So far not to great. Got a rod that has a blank fault I was told that it’s been discontinued so I leave it with them they know the make of the rod is there own make Still no joy after waiting 3 days. Let’s see what they say next. Next week so I’ve been told a rod that’s been used 4 times total has broken because of me who has fished all there life’s but 8 years (52 years) broke my first rod ever and it’s 14 months old. My fault So I will be taking back the brolly and now a 70 pound rod because I can no long trust there shops to do the best for there customers. That’s me gone to other places and leave these guys well alone unless I am so hard up I can’t find another shop. After two weeks I was told there was nothing they could do. After one year and two weeks. I feel let down totally The brilliant I got leaked and the rod broken. There it is.

   Popped into this shop twice whilst on a short holiday in the Wroxham area. The members of staff that I spoke to on each occasion were very friendly and helpful. I am new to lure fishing and wanted some ideas of where to start both tackle wise and where to fish locally. I left the shop with exactly what I needed and very pleased with the whole experience. How I wished we had a store like this in Kent although I'm pretty sure my bank balance would suffer!

   Lots to choose from. Warehouse with even more stock is about 3 miles away and they get deliveries from there every Wednesday. Clean shop with very helpful and friendly staff.
