   I went to pick up a parcel a few days after the 7th only to find it closed down permanently. I then went to the new address, which is where my parcel was, about 20 minutes away. The new address is: Celtic Couriers Owens Head Office Yspitty Road Bynea Llanelli SA14 9TG There is an automatic bollard at the entry of the property. Go straight on (don't turn right and park in front of the official Owens building with the logo and clock), until you see a beige cabin next to a warehouse. That is where the new APC collections office is.

   Second time I’ve had dealings with this company (not by choice) paid for next day and now it’s been 2 today’s and the tracking has disappeared again! I’ve waited in all day as the tracking kept changing so didn’t trust it. They don’t answer their phones and it looks like it’s now rolling into day 3. I’ve worked in logistics and I would have been sacked if I provided the same service we have received. These delays have now cost my business thousands waiting for parts for a job I just can’t finish

   Terrible courier. Paid for next day delivery. Now on day 2 with no parcel. Rang earlier to be told it “should” be delivered later but the driver had so many parcels she would try and go back to the depot to get mine to deliver. Lo and behold it hasn’t been delivered and they won’t answer the phone. No tracking available, my parcel has simply disappeared from the manual tracking and they don’t provide any text or email updates.

   I have used this company for many years to deliver the Welsh greetings cards I produce to retailers throughout Wales. I have never had any issue with non-delivery, the drivers are all very pleasant and helpful, as is the office staff. Update September 2023: It is four years since I originally posted my review, and my experience has remained the same - excellent service, never a missed delivery, nothing lost, and I'm always able to speak with someone helpful. I get offers of cheaper courier services but I wouldn't consider changing - peace of mind is more important than saving a few pounds. I decided to update my original review because of the 1 star reviews recently posted.

   They tried to deliver a parcel during the school run, no text and no delivery slot given. Rebooked for the next day on the phone and then found out that the staff hadn't booked properly and the parcel was due to arrive a full week later. Had to call again to get it booked for the next day. Not a great service given what competitors are able to do.

   Your lady driver of your tailgate lorry is a credit to your company. Nothing was too much trouble and was happy to help me out as I had a kidney infection so could not lift anything. Wonderful 'over and above expectations' service, cheerful driver and top class customer service. Thank you so much for my delivery. I could not have asked for better!

   This compay left a card to say I had missed my delivery. As the package required a signature I arranged for redelivery and took a day off work. After speaking to the company mid afternoon on the agreed delivery day the assured me that I would receive my package late afternoon. I phoned them again at 5.55 to be told in a blasay manner that it's now going to be delivered on Saturday. I feel that this service was very poor and they had no regard for their customers.
