Excellent customer service and advice from the knowledgeable and friendly team. Good range of kit and boats on site. And cool to see the boats being moulded in the workshop.

Do not judge a book by its cover, the showroom is located on a small industrial estate because some of the models of canoes are manufactured on site, so push the door and enjoy the wealth of knowledge of the staff, listening attentively to your needs and taking their time to explain whatever you ask about. Service is second to none, friendly and engaging staff, a pure joy, and a clear winner, in my eyes, against online shopping! Simply wished all face to face shopping experience would be of the same quality. Highly recommended!
I had been looking for a used kayak and came across Norfolk Watersports website. The prices were great and they have a well stocked shop about an hour from work. I called them to make an appointment to go in (due to Covid restrictions) to look at a Pyranha Burn 3. The service was fantastic and having tried the large, which I thought would be the size for me, it turned out the medium was a better fit. The price wasn't far off a used older Burn, so the deal was done. Great service and fantastic company to deal with.
