   Words fail me in describing how much Holly has helped me over the past few months. I’ve waited to write this review so I can really give you an understanding of how brilliant she really is. I’ve dabbled in therapy on and off since my early 20s but never really stuck it out due to not gelling with the therapists or not feeling they had the knowledge or “toolkit” to help me, but thought I’d give it another go and I AM SO GLAD I found Holly at The Wave Clinic. Holly has provided a 100% judgement free, safe space for me to talk about literally anything. She finds the perfect balance of asking the right questions at the right time and has helped me to understand and acknowledge the impact the events of my past have had on me today. I feel better equipped in my self confidence and compassion towards myself. My relationships are improving and I feel like I’m becoming the best version of me. Holly has helped me immeasurably. I am so thankful that I took the step and found her.

   I first stating going to see Holly at the Wave Clinic about 10 months ago, during this time I have brought up some extremely troubling and difficult experiences within my life. Holly was always there to support and help me through this difficult journey, encouraging me to use her space however I wished, to ensure I was always comfortable. This allowed me to quickly build trust with her. Holly has always made me feel comfortable through her warming and understanding approach, she is polite, professional and always allowed me to always take control of our sessions. I would whole-heartily recommend Holly to all! 
