   I had my daughter’s first hair cut and the experience was lovely! She’s happy and overjoyed with her new look. The things that impressed me was the staffs were very friendly and understanding. I had my special son with me and they were patient and engaging with him as well. I highly recommend this place for their excellent communication and great skills.

   This was my first and last experience at this salon. When booking the appointment, I had booked 2 back to back appointment yet one was booked under someone different. It wasn't until I called a week prior to confirm the appointment that this problem was then raised. This was my first time having dip kit nails, and im extremely disappointed. The nail tech offered to apply tips onto some of my nails, which I recently broke. I agreed to this as I didn't see a problem, but the bonding glue they used to apply the tips seemed to be everywhere else on my fingers rather than actually on my nail. I requested a French manicure, which they said would be possible, but the white section on my nail is so unbelievably thick it nearly covers half my nail. As you can see from the images, the nails are not smooth, slick finished, but instead are bumpy, uneven, and even have some bubbles. The small red heart I requested on both my ring fingers looks more like Mickey Mouse than a heart! During the appointment we were talking as you typically do during an appointment but at this point it was raised to our attention that our nail tech doesn't particularly like doing nails and would much rather be doing hairdressing. The appointment was rushed with the nail tech being clumsy throughout the time in the salon. Once I left the salon, I drove back past not even moments later to find that the salon was closed. I believe this played an extremely big part in the rushed experience because the beautician clearly had somewhere better to be. My mother was to have her nails done after mine but was told she isn't to have the dip system nor can she have a French manicure but, she is only allowed to have a solid gel colour. This process was also rushed. I paid £40 for my nails alone as this was supposedly a 'senior' nail tech, but the results and experience were what I'd expect from a junior. I shouldn't never have been charged the price I paid for these nails.

   Amazing experience today, loved every second. Sat did my hair and the service was great. Such a good atmosphere in the salon and made to you feel so comfortable! Absolutely in love with my hair thanks again so much!!! Would recommend to anyone looking. Can’t wait to come back again. ❤️

   I always have a wonderful experience, all the girls are friendly and love to get to know you. I always feel so relaxed, hot chocolate and coffee are a bonus!! My hair always looks amazing and so soft. Feel like I'm floating on air after every visit.

   I have been going to the Salon 7 for some years to have my nails done by Sat and Fenella colours my hair with a cut and blow dry. I look forward to go to the Salon as everyone is always so friendly and are all very professional. We always have great laugh, there’s plenty of coffee and well looked after.

   Me and my mum have our hair done at salon 7 and honestly we wouldn't go anywhere else! Sat and Fenella are both such amazing ladies and so damn talented. Always absolutely in love with our hair, it's done so professionally and perfectly and to top it all of its honestly the nicest salon I've ever been to the atmosphere is great and so welcoming!    A little bit disappointed because I was charged £10 to have my hair 'rough dried' (which means it's only half dry). I clarified several times before booking my appointment what the cost would be and told them I didn't want a blow dry for £22 so I was told I would be charged £25 just for toning, the cost of 'rough drying' was never mentioned and I have also used the salon in the past and never had to pay to have my hair half dried at this salon or any other. If I had known I would have obviously just dried my hair myself at home. I think adding that on especially without mentioning that there'd be a charge for it was really cheeky. Probably won't go back
