Originally was going to give 4 stars - but after the gel nail polish coming off 3 nails not even 24 hours later - I’m not impressed. I can see why this company is so cheap for manicures now. Heading back later to get rest of polish removed and a full refund. Not what I needed just before I go away on holiday! Edited to give just ONE STAR after the salon WOULDN’T give me my refund or anything. Went somewhere else and had a PROPER French manicure done! DO NOT GO HERE - Unless you like having crap looking nails!
I recently visited your salon for a pedicure along with my sisters. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expected based on the service I paid for. While my sisters received a full 45-minute pedicure with care and attention, mine was rushed and completed in just 25 minutes by a staff member named Nav. When I raised this with her, she responded dismissively, stating that she is simply a “quick person” and offers a fast service. However, I paid for a full 45-minute session, not a rushed version. What I found even more concerning was that she went on to criticise her colleagues for providing my sisters with the proper full-length service they had also paid for. This was unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable.
BE CAREFUL WHO DOES YOUR EYEBROWS I am thoroughly disappointed. I have been going to this place for a short few weeks and will not be returning again. For sometime I have been to the same lady (2 times) and she did a good job but did take a while but that’s fine if i’m not in a rush. However, today I went in and had a different lady. I am so upset. She had told me to look in the mirror to check everything was fine when she was done, I wear glasses and have blurry vision and didn’t have them on but I did notice that one eyebrow looked extremely weird but as I had just finished work and was tired I left because I thought it wasn’t too bad. After checking once I’d left I was had seen how misaligned she had done them. One eyebrow was half the thickness of the other. I am genuinely really upset because there is no way to fix them as I have naturally thicker eyebrows and I will just have to wait for them to grow again. I will mention that the staff are very nice and welcoming however they do tend to chat between themselves which means it takes longer to get certain things done. I will also acknowledge that my eyebrows are different shapes which can cause difficulties. The lady who did my eyebrows recently I must say did remove all surrounding hairs perfectly however she thinned out my left eyebrow too much. I will not be returning here in the future unfortunately.
Amazing service from Khushby. She Made me feel comfortable during my waxing and completed my eyebrow threading perfectly. Highly recommend!

Dropped waxed in my hair when doing my under arms and dropped wax on my white jumper. All they said was “ Sorry, accident” They refused to give any money off or offer any kind of good will gesture as an apology. The manager promised to call me back and I never heard from them again :) Also besides that it was the worst wax job. So much hair left and she even told me “normally I’d take it all off but I’m in a rush” don’t go here x
