This was my first visit to the salon and I was very impressed. All the staff are friendly and professional. Donna was my therapist and asked me a few questions before we started, which got us off to a good start. Lovely environment. I would highly recommend this salon and I plan to go back for other treatments in the future.

Had my facial and back massage totally felt so relaxed after the treatment .Then l had a pedicure that was amazing feet felt amazing after this was done by Donna brillant beautician and made me feel at ease .Will definitely go there again .
Such a cosy little boutique salon tucked away in the quaint village of Olney. Professional treatments conducted by friendly knowledgable staff. Whenever I have visited I am welcomed and always receive the very best of treatments. Quick waxing, relaxing facials and excellent range of gel colours.
Sadly I was very disappointed with the service I received today. I was told that because I hadn’t had my gel nails applied by HOB they weren’t happy to remove them. A half hearted attempt to remove them was made and I felt that because the technician was very busy and had a ‘fully booked day’ she wasn’t prepared to spend the time in removing them. Quite honestly I left the salon with nails that were in a terrible state. I still wonder why I paid and walked away with still half of the gel nails on. I regret to say that I won’t be going back for a manicure as the technician suggested as I felt she was more concerned about her next client than dealing with me. She also spent a lot of the time complaining to me that they don’t like removing the type of gel I had. Such a shame and a waste of money.
Very cosy and safe environment during COVID time. Nice, friendly and highly skilled staff. No pressure from push sales at all. I am happy to finally find and settle to a place the provides me head to toe beauty services.
I have been a customer of Olney House of Beauty for 4 years, for a monthly CACI facial and regular gel nails. The team are lovely and it always feels like a proper treat. When necessary, they would advise me to do something different (e.g. a gel break) which gives me the confidence that they have my best interest at heart. We usually have a good laugh, but they are sensitive enough to read their customers’ needs. They come highly recommend.
I've used Olney HoB for years now for my monthly eyebrow appointments. The price is significantly lower than other places I've been to in the Milton Keynes area which is a great start. The staff are always friendly, professional and very accommodating. Plus they always do a great job. Would thoroughly recommend.
