   What an awful service .i had my lashes done by jess.well dont bother.they lasted just over a week before they started falling out.i cancelled my next appointment as they weren't worth getting re done.she asked of there was a problem so i said yes.she told me she would re do them and to pick a date from aug to nov. So i did,i then got a tx from jess saying she was ill and couldnt do my appointment. I was offered one date and i couldn't do it.she wont give me a part refund as apparently she doesnt do refunds which is rubbish and a joke. she is just choosing to be awkward and wont let me make a booking in December, when she cancelled my last appointment. Upon speaking to other people i have also heard they have had a problem with their lashes not lasting.dont waste your time or money.the owner and jess are a joke.if i could leave a review without having to even put one star i would.
