   Booked a haircut quite short notice over the phone, the lady who took my booking was friendly and polite! Booking was easy enough :) What an absolute WIN when I walked in and saw Mel - the only hairdresser I’ve ever trusted with my hair - working there! After visiting plenty of other hairdressers and being told I couldn’t have the style I wanted, couldn’t have layers etc Mel took one look at the photos I showed her, she KNOWS hair, she knows how important my hair is to me and she knows MY hair. Even after not seeing her for years. I’m on a lot of medication, and my health problems have meant real insecurity about my hair falling out and thinning. I knew Mel would do what was right for my hair and her advice would be sound too. She did an amazing job, I’ve had so many compliments already and I’m in love with it. I have real anxiety about hairdressers, and my hair and it all just went away when I saw Mel was there. I knew I’d leave feeling miles better than I did when I went in and I definitely did. I’ll definitely be going back!

   They painted my 7 year old daughters nails for christmas and she absolutely loves them! Thank you so much for being so patient with her and making it an enjoyable experience! There were two lovely ladies one of them was called Minal and the other Dharti, thank you ❤️

   Excellent saloon with great hospitality! They listen to you and provide just what’s good for you. No waiting time and the price is pocket friendly. Mel, the hair stylist gave me an amazing hairstyle. I have visited many hairstylists but must say that SHE IS THE BEST!. She gave me loads of tips to style my hair and maintain my hair. I will definitely visit her for my hair extensions. Heta was so kind and gave my nails a whole new look! Try it.. you will love it like me!

   Heta was so kind and attentive. I felt so relaxed. I was given the gel colours straight away to select my colour. The pedicure was thorough & gentle. Heta checked at each stage that I was happy. I was offered water to keep me hydrated & had the massage chair on. I enjoyed the atmosphere- all of the ladies were smiley & kind. A lovely place to go!

   I always go here to have my eyebrows threaded, the staff are lovely and friendly. The price is great and they are always quick and can fit me in when I walk in. Always feel relaxed and welcomed there. I have also had a facial in the past and they have always been professional and friendly. They take the utmost care with you.

   I visited the salon for a wash, blow-dry and style as I was on my way to a wedding . I have curly hair naturally and asked for a more defined curly curl. I explained that at home I use a thin wand to do my hair but couldn't do the back myself. My hair was washed, and dried using a brush then using an iron she put what I would describe as waves into my hair. I left went home my daughter said as I walked in she said mum what have you done to your hair. I immediately went and washed it and styled it myself. At home I dry using a diffuser on a cool heat as my curls frizz if brushed and it's dried hot. Unless I'm having it straightened then it's ok to dry it using a brush and hairdryer. I use this salon for other treatments brows, nails waxing and will continue to do so but I will never have my hair done again at this salon. Thank goodness I never had it cut as I dread to think what would have happened to my hair. Below is a photo of the back I tried to pin it up to make it look better but as you can see, it didn't have curly curls in it. All for £38.00. Note : since this one star rating the manager has contacted me to ask why I was unhappy and has said she will refund me when I go back into the salon for other treatments.
