   Was my first time seeing Sophie and from start to finish she was friendly, professional and just a joy. From the initial booking where she was very prompt with her response as well as informative of the parking situation etc, she made me feel very comfortable and safe whilst doing the treatment as I was very nervous from previous experiences with different beauticians not being as positive. Sophie talked me through all the details of treatments before and throughout to ensure I was comfortable and not tense. I found her pricing to be more than reasonable. As well as this she was an absolute pleasure to talk to and would highly recommend her! Very professional, knows her stuff and just a delight of a human ☺️
