   Absolutely awful experience. I was looking like a zebra after I just asked some highlights. Totally different of what I requested. I have paid two weeks in advance for extensions and just one day before(and I’ve had a big event) Lu called me that actually the extensions will not arrive on time. I have just requested my money back. Have passed 10 weeks and she keeps saying that she didn’t receive the money back from the supplier. Everyone works hard but this’s unacceptable. The kind of people that makes you loose your good fate in hair dressers. Shame!

   I had my hair done in a salon close to home not going to mention the salon name. I called up spoke to lady over the phone told her what had happened I said I felt like I look like a bic pen. Lu told me she’s specialist in colour correction she could help me also cause I was travelling quit a distance she was more then happy to meet me at the train station this is what you call going out your way to make your customers happy. Definitely recommend.

   This is the best salon to get any treatment or hair styles you want, I've had several treatments here and will never go anywhere else. The ladies are so friendly and make you feel like you are apart of a big family. They also have lovely puppers to give love to most of the time. Where else can you go to feel relaxed get pampered and fuss a lovely pupper. Keep up the amazing work you do ladies x

   Purchased a Groupon for myself and my daughter to have highlights for her and full colour for myself both with a cut... only to be told at the consultation there would £74 surcharges because my daughters hair is long and mine is blonde. Still had a Christmas tree up on 15th February, bad luck and the salon looked shabby inside and out! Needless to say I cancelled. Staff seemed moody and not welcoming at all.

   I had left it too late to book an hair cut and style before Christmas, and so I made an appointment for January. I’d not been to this salon before so I was interested to see what it was like. It’s a really friendly and welcoming salon and the staff are friendly, and clearly enjoy their work. Lu did a fabulous job with my hair and I was very pleased with the results - I will definitely go back again in the future (possibly to try some of the other treatments they offer too).
