   I never write reviews but my experience today was absolutely Awful. Horrible horrible customer service my hands were pushed twice aggressively. I went in and wanted to get french tip and my toes done I left after that absolutely horrible experience. For The male that I didn’t get a name, horrible btw if you don’t want to work please stay at home. THERES BETTER PLACES FOR YOU TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE IN BEDFORD.

   I will not go back there. Only because it was empty I thought I try again, the last time I went I told myself I will not ever go back, but I did. I wanted my toe nails done ,the man was so mean, aggressive. I definitely not going back there . I will wait for however long in the other nail shop I go to which is always busy. It hurt giving them my money. He did not even do it properly. NEVER AGAIN. NO NO NO. Awful experience.

   I’m being completely honest, this salon doesn’t even deserve one star. The nail tech was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. He didn’t do my nails properly at all – I asked for polish, but he only applied a French tip, and when I requested a longer, sharper shape, he deliberately cut them short. Throughout the appointment, he kept speaking to his colleagues in Chinese while giving me dirty looks, which made me very uncomfortable. To make things worse, when he finished, he didn’t even apply cuticle oil. When I asked him to, his attitude turned even worse, and he became visibly annoyed. Overall, the staff here are rude, unskilled, and unprofessional, constantly muttering under their breath instead of providing good service. Honestly, you’d be better off buying press-ons from Primark – save your money, ladies.

   If you are black please don’t come here! They are rude and racist! A lady wasn’t happy with her nails and she was dismissed and spoken about in Chinese. & then another time me and a black lady were given water without being offered anything else to drink but when a white woman came they asked her what she would like to drink. I confronted the old lady and she tried to justify herself & then started talking about me in Chinese to her colleague! Please don’t come her if you are black! Don’t give these people your money they don’t deserve it!

   I'm absolutely over the moon i thought i needed the previous acrylics removed and a new set however they said they are looking good i only need an infill and they sorted my cuticles out as mine grow really fast, the place Id gone first local to me didnt do this, and last 3 times at others id asked for nail art and it wasn't really what I wanted it was pretty but not like they are today, and when a colour i wanted was empty the man said the colour i have would look better than what id thought of and he was right even the 1 coat i was like oh wow is absolutely love the colour and it only got better with the other coat its absolutely beautiful they also let me have the clear mild glitter over the top as it was too clear on its own and the nail art i absolutely love it reminds me of when I had it done as a teen and im so so happy, they could have agreed to take off and put a new set on and I wanted the nail art and thought id need a manicure to have my cuticles removed and done that and it would have been more which I was prepared to do so, however they didnt and said I dont need a removal they are looking good, and the man said dont worry they will let me know when I need a new set and that really meant a lot, and when I said they felt a little flimsy as the acrylic along the ends had been filed so thin in previous places he kindly added some along the whole nail aswell as infilling them and the nail art is absolutely beautiful it's love them and the joy I felt as a teen coming out of a nail salon and looking at them and smiling so much its what id been searching for a salon that had that same feel from when I was a teen and I found it they are all so kind so polite so sweet and they care about what they are doing for their customers its so obvious and I would highly recommend this salon they are absolutely amazing I will be returning every time, but what's even better is the price is couldn't believe the price is thought it was going to cost more all they had done for me i expected it to be more, I asked for a price list and have been looking this evening and the price is not only the best by a long shot but its not rushed and you dont get a cheap customer service at all the place I went for my first time before I found this salon the way that was id expect lower prices but its way way way better cost, its so affordable and high standard of customer service and absolutely over the moon with my nails, I had to come and give 5 stars because this is the best by far for price and customer service and quality.

   always bring me bottles of water, and chocolates!! such lovely people working in this store and always do my nails perfectly. one snapped off and i went in to get it fixed and was charged nothing. Id really recommend this place- they’re so lovely.

   Wanted an acrylic take off and simple polish on top, had gone in a few other shops and the owners either didn’t notice me or made me wait a really long time but with this place the second I came in I was seated and made to feel really welcome. I was offered tea or coffee which is rare in nail salons these days and was given a sealed nice bottle of water too, sweets and mints were passed round continuously throughout my treatment and the nail artist was really considerate and gave me breaks to enjoy my coffee instead of awkwardly having to find a pause in the work. Everyone was just super lovely and in the end the cost of my treatment was so cheap and they done a good job, I don’t know why this place doesn’t have more reviews!
