    Absolutely no routine or organisation when it comes to delivering mail in the Neath area. Can somehow manage to deliver to the street adjacent to mine in the morning/midday, but will then take another 4/5 hours to deliver mine. The streets are 10 seconds away from each other (ON FOOT). Also spent multiple days waiting in for important parcels that just never arrive. Need to sort out their routes or find new posties who don’t forget about certain places.

    Opening hours are a joke. How are you supposed to collect your parcel as your average working adult? My parcel needed a signature so my delivery was refused cause I wasn't home, told I had to ask for it redelivered to my local office to pick it up. I have the email confirmation that I requested a redelivery to my local so I can pick it up asap but the following day they still tried to redeliver it to my house when I was working like most people are. Apparently couldn't be bothered to update the details on the parcel. Two birthday presents that require signatures late past their birthdays now empty handed even though I paid for next day delivery AND asked for redelivery to my local. Don't know the point of having two Post Offices within 0.2 miles of each other one open normal hours but you can't collect your parcel there and one open two hours a day if you're lucky and you have to collect your parcel from there? Stupid

    Managing with few staff in order to be competetive with other couriers and shortening communication with customers ie. 2HR Window,causing 10 min. Waiting when calling is not good. As there are a lot of couriers around the country at this point in time,it would be interesting to compare stats. On a positive note. Ive lived in the Neath area all my life over 50 yrs and i can only remember 1 hiccup. That for me is a good thing. Can the other coriers

    These opening and closing time are a joke. How are people who work meant to get their parcel collected when the lazy staff at Royal Mail can't even be bothered to be open longer. No wonder why Royal Mail has become the worst national postal service ever to UK. Always stricking

    Absolutely useless opening hours now. The post men don't even give you 10 seconds to open the door and then I have to wait until Saturay to be able to pick up due to closing at 4pm in week now.

    Expected a delivery of perishable items by a certain time. Went to office to be told it’s on a van for delivery. Then received email saying it’s being retained at the office!!! Pointless us having them now as they’ll be in the office for 2 days!!!

    Card left yesterday. No opening times for office in Windsor Road , would have thought 9-5 but no, doesn't open til 10. Would be helpful if opening times were written on the card to save wasted journeys. There was an elderly gentleman who was also trying to collect a parcel and he didnt know the office didn't open until 10 either.
