   Say hello to the new 'Evri'. Delivery day, the driver pulls up outside my address, and he goes into the back of his truck. He came out around 3 - 4 minutes later and then drives off. 2 hours later, I have a delivery notification saying it's been delivered. TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! 5 days now, I've been told that they are going to collect my parcel from the wrong address, and redeliver it to me. Still had nothing!

   How often do you want to change your mind on delivery time? Email says one time, website confirmation says another? But no one turns up at any time? Maybe focus less on the formal uniform and worry about logistics…

   Next day delivery ordered from Dell . Got email from them confirming then email from UPS saying my parcel was in Swansea but was delayed for delivery.. waited the weekend for an update. Eventually found a phone number and talked to a real person only to be told they were very busy and couldn't deliver so did I want to go and pick it up.. pretty pathetic

   Customer service is just non-existent. Edit: You were quick enough to reply to my 1 star review but it took 30 minutes to speak with someone on the phone who was unprofessional and of course didn't solve my issue.

   Disgraceful staff and attitude. Swearing at my and threatening to kick my dog because he had issues with 2 other dogs that day. Parcel has been damaged and struggling to get UPS to actually do anything about it. Awful Edit - I have spoken to them and they won't help or report the driver. They have passed feedback on I have told them I do not want him to come here again and want him dealt with or I will call the police. No reply...

   Avoid this company at all costs!! They have had my parcel for 12 weeks after paying £128 extra in charges. They say they will deliver before end of day every day..... The comany is a joke. We always ask for different delivery company!! Spoken to the help desk 7 times at 45min plus.
