   When I heard Mirka was doing IPL, I knew I had to get it done. The treatment itself is not as fun as say a massage, but the results are amazing! I noticed the effects after the first session, no lies - I went from shaving every day to once a week. My skin is very sensitive, so I was a little worried what it will be after being treated with a laser, but Mirka gave me simple instructions what to do and not to do, so I barely noticed any irritation. And she makes you feel relaxed and right at home, so it's always a pleasure to go back. I highly recommend!

   As someone who has had many massages at spa's such as whittlebury hall and centre parks, I have to say my hour long aromatherapy massage with Mirka was the best I have ever had. Mirka spent time talking to me before hand and adapted my massage to my needs (back pain) she worked confidently and with a lot of knowledge of the body /muscle anatomy. She used hot stones to help relax my wooden muscles and really worked the knots and tension away. She also gave me great advice and explained why she was doing certain things. Very personable lady and an all round fantastic massage cant wait to book in again!
