Terrible job. Both hands aren't the same size and near cuticles are not straight. Too much up and down on the edges My nails also looks like stand out not on my skin
I came in today and asked for a take off and new set. They seen me pretty quickly and soaked off the set I had on previously. They asked me for a picture of what I wanted (shown down below) and got straight to it. When prepping my nail beds they nipped me a few times but nothing major. When applying the tips and acrylic there appeared to be no problem. However, when filing the acrylic they cut, not nipped, fully cut me on several fingers, took no notice and carried on. Once the service was done I paid and left, one thing I will say is they charged me a reasonable price for what I asked for. After leaving I looked at the nails and realised they were not what I asked for (pictures shown below). The acrylic was glittery, they were all different shapes, the acrylic had been placed rather far from the cuticles looking like I’d already had them on for a week and they were a bit thick. But the one thing that tipped me off was how rough, bumpy and bubbly they were. I’ve been here several times over the years and majority of the time I have left some what satisfied, but after today I will certainly not return. The nails looked that awful that I decided to go elsewhere to get them taken off and re done and I’m so glad I did
Awful experience, I was the only one in the shop wanted gel nails, was served straight away, as a couple of customers came in, the quicker she went, I was in for 15minutes, the polish was on my skin and on my cuticles, the vanish is streaky, when commented, it wasn't good enough and pointed it on my cuticles, her response was its my fault and I'm all done, she got up and moved on to the next client. Left very unhappy, felt rushed no customer care was taken, only money £25 for 15minutes of rushed and messy nails. Go elsewhere in future.
Customer service was appalling. Nails not done how I wanted. If you zoom in you’ll see how bad the nail varnish is by the cuticles. They wasn’t even worth 1 star but wouldn’t let me post without.
Always get my nails done at Queen B. Staff are friendly. Much prefer the work off the boss lady - no matter what I want she manages to do it. Thank you

I have booked appointment to be on time still it was waiting nearly for 40mins. After i got done they were rushing lot and totally waste of money.
Always friendly, great service and amazing nails! I won’t go anywhere else. I always have designs done and the lady is so talented ❤️
Worst place ever, the staff are very rude and not friendly at all, I have done my nails twice at this place and I didn’t have a good experience. They are very racist and their work is not worth of the money.
