   Quality of the goods is great but not very impressed with customer service or delivery. They stated 48 hours on their website to deliver which would have been Friday, I even emailed customer service to double check this which they confirmed, they then told me on the day it would be Monday. They managed to pull some strings and deliver it on Saturday which interfered with my plans and also thr full order wasn't delivered. I then asked for a small token of good will off of another order for the delay and the mess up and they said no in their small print it says the delivery is not guaranteed for 48 hours.** MISLEADING *** SO WONT BE USING YOU AGAIN

   Very disappointed, I bought some floor mats, they are bigger (7cm each mat) and because of that they won't fit in my conservatory. I had to send them back because the description was wrong and I had to pay £25 for the return even though it was their fault, not mine. I would not recommend them. Re: I'm not sure if they are EVA foam because I have some other mats, about 1cm thick for kids playing area, and they don't smell compared to yours which have a very strong smell of plastic. Easy to cut for you, because you have a business to sell floor mats, but not for me, because they are 40mm thick and I'm 100% sure they will look terrible if I'll try to do that. If my conservatory is 203cm wide, why should I cut them if the mats should be together 200cm and I didn't bought them with a nice border to put it in the bin? Regards,

   The only reason i purchased flooring from this company was the express delivery option. I called and ensured delivery will be in two days. Despite assurances from their side and confirmation of the delivery date, the delivery did not happen. My client’s project was delayed as a result. Very disappointed and will not work with them again.
