   I didn’t like my experience today with the lady. She was new & didn’t do a professional job with my nails. Toe nail polish was not applied properly.. was messy the way it was done & is not spread properly. You can see spaces not filled in… & for luxury pedicure the cleaning process was a quick job. She was in a hurry to finish up. I’m really disappointed. I asked for Raj but he wasn’t available. He is excellent & knows exactly what to recommend & is very professional with manicure and pedicures. For what I paid I am extremely unsatisfied customer.

   I have been using the services of Rosa for 4 years. I always leave satisfied. The eyelashes are soft, elastic, long-lasting, and look natural. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Rosa is a fantastic, warm person with a professional approach to the client. 5 stars definitely not enough.

   Love my nails!! The day before, I went to another salon and hated my nails. They were crooked, thick, and lumpy. I went to The Zone and they were lovely. Nam understood what I wanted and fixed my nails. I have attached before and after photos. Thank you!

   I’ve been here twice now. The first time was for waxing and the lady did a wonderful job, I had a manicure and pedicure done the same day. The mani and pedi were done by a gentleman that just seemed to want to rush my luxury experience (no nail soak, no hand or foot massage, etc). He did a great job with the pink and white French colour and I absolutely loved it. Best pink and white I’ve ever had done. I also had my eyebrows waxed here, the lady did a fantastic job, she shaped them beautifully and they’ve been really easy to maintain ever since. I will be back for more waxing in the future. However, the second time I came kinda cemented that I would no longer be having pedicures done here. I was rushed through the appointment again but this time the young lady was in such a hurry that she nipped my skin a few times which, 4 days later, still hurt. I did notice that the equipment isn’t cleaned or sterilised between clients so I’m hoping I don’t get an infection in the sides of my toenails. Rating it 4 stars simply for their waxing services and the fab paint job. —— I returned to the salon for another pedicure 13-2-23. This time I got a lovely lady named Nam, she was brilliant. Very attentive, very thorough, and very knowledgeable as she gave me some tips on how to do my fingernails at home (I do it the majority of the time). I will be going back and specifically asking for Nam in the future.

   I was nervous at first because it was my first time getting my nails done professionally, but everyone here made sure I was comfortable and knew how what I was asking was going to turn out. Everyone is super sociable and nice, and my nails turned out way better then my reference picture I had. On top of that the overall process is pretty quick

   The atmosphere was lovely, and the woman who performed the waxing was attentive, thorough, and extremely professional. The natural wax they use (or perhaps just the technique?) was *far* less painful than other experiences I have come to endure as 'necessary evils'. I will definitely become a regular at this spa, and would highly recommend that others do the same!

   I had my first session of laser hair removal done at zone and couldn't be happier with the experience! The atmosphere was modern yet welcoming, and everything was extremely clean. I was nervous about getting it done, having heard that it is painful, but they did a great job explaining what would take place and calming my nerves. It was a lot better than I thought, and I felt extremely comfortable throughout. I will definitely be coming back again

Being a Bloke I decided to try and set a trend, by having fingernails painted, I do apologise for missing my appointment at 9 am. @ NOON I took the plunge and had my right-hand fingernails painted dark BLUE. The Artist Technician accomplished a perfect job.
