I recently had a HydraFacial at Sanober’s and I was thoroughly impressed by her detailed attention to my skin and the care she provided me with. She was very thorough and very knowledgeable and explained every step. I was delighted with the results. I would highly recommend her and I will be going back for regular facials.
I would just like to say a Huge Thank you to Sanober for doing an absolutely FANTASTIC job on threading my eyebrows and tinting my eyelashes. I have been having these two beauty treatments for quite some time now but never have I ever had them done so methodically. The shape of the brow itself has been shaped to “Perfection”. I did not feel any pain at all and the thread never broke once whilst they were being done. After the threading I then had the eyelash tint done. The colour used was blue black which is the darkest colour there is so accuracy is the name of the game and it was carried out in a first class way. After receiving both my treatments, Sanober then carried out an Indian head massage all included in the price. This must have been for 20 minutes or so, It depends on the timing of treatments and any waiting clients. Luckily for me I was treated like a VIP….. I was in heaven.!! I would just like to say “Thank you” once again for making my experience a most enjoyable, memorable time. I thoroughly enjoyed my complimentary head massage and has certainly got me wanting this again. I have been coming to Sanober for massages for a while now. Her massages are so relaxing and I always fall asleep! I have an issue with two vertebrae in my neck from damage from a chiropractor in 2020. Sanober is so considerate of my neck and able to apply massage that is gentle and effective to this area to help tension. I always ask for shoulders, neck and head massage (one session 60 minutes) but I have had back and full body in the past. Her massage room is always clean and warm and comfortable whether in the summer or winter. Her communication is great and it is easy to book with her on the phone. I always feel wonderful after visiting!
Went to Sanober for a haircut and restyle, customer service was great , both Sanober and the hairdresser were friendly , but unfortunately the haircut itself was a botched up job. Didn't get what I wanted, wanted layers but it don't think she knew how to do layers just chopped top layer shorter than the bottom layer, the technique my fringe was cut , was basically like it was done by an amateur or an at-home job. I personally don't think the hairdresser was qualified or had any experience or knowledge on hairdressing. Oh and was told by text on the day to bring cash , for some odd reason, card machine was working fine. Wouldn't go again unfortunately.
