   I have been going to Better brows for long time, was a very satisfied customer but this time when I went for threading it didn’t turn out as good. I had to tell the new girl what to do, she keep telling I have gaps in my eyebrows which I knew and is like this for ages. All the previous girls who worked there before used to do eyebrow threading very well, this time I had to leave unsatisfied. After doing threading I felt no change on my eyebrows. Felt like spent money for nothing. I admit staff is very friendly but not understanding what customer wants to do.

   My first time having my eyebrows threaded at better brows. Ramona greeted me and welcomed me politely. She pointed out that my eyebrows were mot even, she proceeded to thread and did an excellent job. Thank you. I will be back.

   I have been going here since 2022, and the ladies who work here are very friendly and kind! The services I use are threading and waxing, and I am always pleased with how the treatments turn out. Their prices are reasonable too and I could not recommend them enough. Very happy!!

   Staff are incredibly friendly. Had a wax, pedicure, mani and eyebrow shape / tint. Wax, mani and eyebrows are all looking great and I am very happy with them. My nails also looked very neat and she took great care. Unfortunately though for my gel nails, 2 of them fell clean off after just 5 days and another has half chipped after a week. I therefore wouldn’t rush to go back for my nails.

   Have been visiting Better Brows for gel colour manicures since June and Nikita is fantastic! She’s so welcoming and friendly and takes such care with her work, she’s an asset to the company! My nails always look so pretty and that’s all thanks to Nikita!

   Manicurist was brilliant. Unfortunately when it came to threading my eyebrows I found she was very rough and was not interested in doing it she was shrugging her shoulders and becoming frustrated as I didn't know what she wanted me to do. Won't be back.

   As always eyebrows were perfect and Tatiana never fails to impress with her nails!!! They feel like I'm not wearing any at all!!! Three weeks for infils and they could probably go longer but I never want to wait that long!!! As always the staff are lovely and very welcoming! Went again for a new set of nails and just LOOK at them!!!! I can't stop looking at them Tatiana should be so proud of the job she's done this time around!!! Thank you so so much!!! You are AMAZING!!!!! ❤️❤️
