    Had a full back and limb sports massage with Steph, who did a fantastic job! Using eucalyptus and lavender oils and helped relieve the tension in my back shoulders and calves which nice relaxing music but also communicated through the whole experience as to what she was going to do next and areas which the massage could feel sore to relive the tension in the muscles! Calming music and fun chat throughout although maintaining the relaxing vibe! Honestly felt super after this! Honestly so worth it! Thanks Steph will deffo be going again!
