   So I was new to the area and decided to try out this salon, not because I wanted to but because I was limited on choice at the time, I had asked the lady to tidy my eyebrows and to keep them thick not to make them thin, so at this point she starts going in about how she does hair cuts and colour and design, she made me eyebrows super thin and completely ruined the shape! When I complained she was trying to come at me with a tweezer and removed just so much hair, hair that I literally hadn’t touched in years,, then she wiped my face with the same tissue she blew her nose into, disgusting so appalled with this disgusting place

   Don't go in there for wax please. The new lady that is working there doesn't have a clue about how to do a proper wax. I went for an Hollywood wax and wasn't the first time in my life, she didn't put any powder before to start and when she was stripping she didn't have any strenght to do it properly and,as many know,if you're not quick in there can be bloody painful and dangerous for the skin if not done from a professional. She was really messy trying to figure out how to do it. She forgot the wax on me for too long and has been forced to take it off with lots of oil.. disgusting. She left me with wax everywhere and bruises. I also realised that the towel where I was sitting wasn't changed, didn't look clean, she also used scissor on me that arrived from nowhere, probably used to cut hair so not really higienic. I'm sorry but she shouldn't do that job if not capable. Oh and she charged me anyway..just for a normal bikini but she charged me. I went to an other place then to fix all her mess because I didn't allowed her to carry on on me like if I was a guinea pig in her hands. So angry. All the good feedback are for the previous girl that was there and she was good. But again the place changed staff quite recently and is not recommended anymore.

   Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Did a great job on these bushy brows! Very kind to my daughter and put peppa pig on to keep her entertained lol. Will definitely go back. Thank you x
