I had my eyelash lift and tint with Emily. Oh my goodness, best eyelash lift and tint I have ever had and she was so engaging. She made me feel so comfortable (which in a procedure which involves having your eyes closed and worked in the whole time is quite difficult). She really is an excellent therapist! Will be returning soon!
I completely understand a businesses cancellation policy for obvious reasons however when I book 2 hours prior to my appointment (when there was about 6 other time slots) and call 45 minutes before it to explain I have had a death in the family so cannot make my appointment I am disgusted to still have been charged with no compassion shown. Will definitely not recommend to anyone not what you want from a beautician and business.

Highly recommend!! Went in for a hydrafacial and lash lift. Service and ambience were absolutely amazing! I felt so relaxed the whole time and the technicians were so professional and kind and explained the process every step of the way and even took the extra time to give hand and arm massages during wait times of the treatments which ive never experienced before anywhere else. Most importantly, this business is dedicated to customer satisfaction!! I was not entirely satisfied with my lash lift so I contacted them and they booked me right back in to re-do it and now i am over the moon pleased with my results and my skin is also just glowing from the facial. That aspect of a business is what really stands out, high standards. Will definitely be a repeat customer!! Recommend parking at waitrose behind the building and walking the 5 minutes because parking can be tough.
