Went yesterday and I left with really wonky nails, not good nail art and there was no communication as I wasn’t asked what shape I wanted. I also needed them to be rounded more as I work with children and asked them to round it which they just ignored. Won’t be going back! Just for reference the nail art was supposed to be leopard print.

I tried this nail salon for 1st time 3 weeks ago and my nails lasted really well. Went back today with my daughter and we both had a manicure and pedicure, both really pleased with service and our nails. We will both return on a regular basis.

Went for the first time the other day, my nails look amazing, the staff are so friendly and talented! They were so gentle with my nails, and took their time to make sure I was happy with every step. Will definitely be coming back again!

Went here for the first time, booked in for 12:30pm for my cousin and I to have our nails done. Her for the first time. I have had my nails done many times with various nail salons around northants and I’ve never know them to operate like this. They were full when we arrived so got us in when people were being finished, they gave me a chair first and I waited for ages for someone to come over. They then seated my cousin and started her nails…Did a bit then went off to do someone else’s and it went on like that for our whole appointments. Leaving us sat there for 10 mins at a time wondering what was going on. On their website it says 30mins for acrylic nails. I thought that seemed a little bit ambitious but didn’t expect it to take an hour and a half. Even though we booked they just kept taking in anyone that came in making us wait longer. There was no point in making an appointment. One women who had also booked, waited for half hour and had to leave. They didn’t even apologise. They do not care about the customers just the money. The nails were ok but I felt they were rushed and I don’t expect them to last. While there, it seemed that everyone was questioning their prices which were confusing. They would only allow payment in cash too which seemed weird. They told me our nails were 32 each but then when I said we were paying together they rounded it up to 65. I know it’s not much but I wonder how many people they do that go! I wouldn’t go back or recommend.

First impression was alright, let me sit with my friend and i was very happy but as soon as the treatment started it went down hill. When prepping my nails and filing near my cuticles the man cut my finger, no apology, no care for it just let my finger bleed and carried on which is also concerning as that drill aswell as other products will be then used on other people later. A lady took over cut and shaped the nails but checked with only my middle fingers that the length matched, no other finger which has now lead to my left thumb being obviously longer than my right thumb as well as differences in length in other finger (the thumb is just the most obvious one). The paint was good although i had to ask for some of it to be adjusted slightly as it was very very see through but apart from that went well. It came to £33 which i was happy paying just very upset with the lack of care towards my bleeding pinky finger, will definitely not come back. 3 people ended up working on the nails because they were also dealing with other people, i don’t hate the nails, i don’t love them either but i’ve definitely had better salon experiences.

it’s a good, friendly place and the acrylics turned out really nice. the lady was quite rough though and she did cut me a few times which wasn’t nice, she also did them wrong at first so i was sat in there for an hour and a half for nails that should of only taken 30 minutes but they turned out good so i didnt mind.

Disappointed, first time was today and will never come back. For full set manicure and pedicures 50 pounds could be much better. Manicure with no hand massage and no any cream and treatment for cuticula at the end. Pedicure the same, not cleneang enough feet.Thery quick finishing in order to take the next customer. After visiting this sallon had to come home and rectifying the pedicure to cut the rest of dead skin what remained after unfinished. I would not recommend. The best advice for the salon would be to do the job properly as it is obvious that it is a not a quality job. You guys will loose lots of good customers .Of course people will not tell you anything in your sallon and of course pay you but will make conclusions and leave a negative feedback, which is very important for any business. Just do some calculation, To have more customers today andless later as those who remained unsatisfied will never come back or provide a good service to attract more permanent customer who will come regularly and recommended you for others

They were really friendly and even offered me a drink. They had the perfect balance of quiet and conversation. My nails did chip within the 2 weeks but to be fair I think this was because my own nails are weak and broke so the gel had nothing to stick to.
