   Been here a few times and it’s a bit of a hit and miss / inconsistent. Some days the nails look amazing and after some appointments they are wonky. I never fully understand the pricing and got absolutely ripped off the last time. It’s a shame as I’ve just moved to the area and were looking for somewhere to go long term. I can understand higher prices on more intricate nail art but if charging extra, at least make sure the nails are even and not pointing sideways…

   Absolutely horrendous! These are one of the worst if not the worst nails I have ever had, bumpy application, wonky patterns I could go on...save yourself and go someplace else.

   If I could give zero stars I would. First of all the acrylic nails that I asked for and nothing like the picture, they’re thick and bulky and don’t even fit my nails properly, and when I complained about this nicely I was met back with attitude, as if it was an inconvenience to her to do my nails. If you don’t want nails that are nothing like what you asked with messy and smudged designs, do you not go to the salon. Also to mention the entire style is freezing cold and the place is small and shabby. Not to mention, the overall process took about 2 hours due to her having to keep rubbing out her mistakes. Do not go to this place!

   Have been going here for years but upon really observing their cleanliness, and h&s I won't be using them again. The staff are arrogant and rude, level of English is terrible so you never really get what you ask for as the communication is poor. I am on blood thinners And my skin on both fingers and toes were cut. It was then that I observed what they do with the tools after this situation as they should be disinfected and sterilised, instead the tools were put back and used on the next person witjout even being cleaned. This is terrible and a huge risk of infection or worse from cross contamination especially as I was bleeding. They also have the older man doing nails when he clearly had no experience or clue how to use the tools especially the drill because he nearly took my finger off, shouldn't be allowed or if the service is being done by a learner you should be given the choice and have it highly discounted. A discrsce, and you have lost a loyal customer as well as my mother ans sister who are also customers of a few years.
