   As a lifelong nail-biter, I was convinced my hands were destined to look like they’d lost a fight with a cheese grater. Enter CoCo Towcester. Cassidy sat me down, took one look at my “nails” (quotation marks very much required), and suggested BIAB gel. Two weeks later, I’d managed to outsmart the gel and sneak in a nibble, only to be met at my next appointment with Cassidy’s calm, iconic response: “Okay Laura, we’ll just sort that out.” Translation: she’s seen it all, and my sabotage attempts were no match for her skills. Since then, the gel has held strong, my nails look genuinely pretty, and I’ve discovered a new hobby: waving my hands around dramatically in conversation just to show them off. The ladies here are endlessly welcoming, and the whole experience feels less like a beauty appointment and more like a spa day for the soul. I walk out with glossy nails and a clear head, stress relief wrapped up in a manicure.

   I was recommended Coco by a friend and colleague. I have been now a few times for hard gel overlays, subsequent infills, lash tint, dermaplane, eyebrow threading and eyebrow tint. I have booked through the online system, including rescheduling, cancelling and booking - all have gone smoothly. I can't speak highly enough of the team and their work. The feeling in the salon is friendly and chatty. I'm looking forward to my next treatments of infills and eyebrow lamination!

   I have been using COCO for a few years now. Im not a girly girl as such but I love having my brows done. I can often find beauty places intimidating but the girls at COCO have always been so warm and welcoming. Nothing is ever an issue and they give the most indestructible manicures around! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you girls for always looking after me!

   The Coco ladies are always friendly, smiling and polite… nothing is too much trouble . I love my hard gel’s they last until it’s time for an infill, much to Steph’s surprise as I garden, wash up, clean and sometimes change tyres on my bike, all without gloves …! You feel your mood lift when you walk in, it’s my monthly treat and hour of ‘me ‘ time.. keep up the good work ladies
