I’ve been going to Zone for years, I’ve had lots of treatments done and I’m very familiar with the team. I called last minute to have my nails done today. I was very fortunate to have been seen by Flori, she was lovely start to finish. She checked I was happy at every step and offered her input. I’m so happy with my nails and will definitely be booking with her again xx
I visit every 3 weeks and have done so for 8 months now exclusively for Denisa. She’s incredible! I’m very particular about my nails, but she always puts me at ease and i feel confident in her expertise, she delivers perfect results every time. I used to get anxious because of dismissive service or bad reactions at other salons, but with Denisa I feel genuinely cared for. Couldn’t recommend her more.
First time I've been here and they did an excellent job! I had a full pedicure and my daughter (7 yrs old) had a mini manicure and the rest of our group had gel manicures and pedicures. The staff were all really helpful and polite and all did excellent jobs accommodating all of our different styles. I'd gladly go back again!
did my Botox and lip fillers today! It was a first time for me doing anything and I was so scared but she was amazing!! I truly enjoyed my experience. She explained everything to me and did such an amazing job and was so kind and gentle!! All around 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to see the results once I’m done healing and I will definitely be going back!

I was so nervous for my first time getting lip injections. I can’t handle needles but she calmed me down and made me feel so comfortable! She was so fun and made me feel at ease. It was so comfortable and it was not as bad as I thought. She did amazing!! I absolutely love my lips

Every time I go, the staff is very welcoming and always friendly. They make sure you’re comfortable and exhibit professional mannerisms as well as an interest in ensuring your satisfaction with the services received. The front lobby is always very clean and gives you that relaxed feeling. Everyone always has a smile on their face and it’s obvious they love their job
