I'd booked an eyebrow wax but Chelsie suggested I tried threading, which was so much better and I was really pleased with the results. Chelsie was also a really good listener (I'm going through some stuff) and made me feel understood. Thank you for your kindness x

First time at the beauty works today, I had Lucy do my hair and she did a fantastic job. My hair looks so much better and natural now. There was a lovely atmosphere in the salon and the cappuccino and mini mince pie was lovely. Everyone was so friendly including the dog. This will be my new salon for sure now! Thank you :-)
