   Having your hair done at Ruby’s feels like such a treat - the salon is beautiful, super chic and spotless. The warm welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door is tangible. Sammy did my balayage today - she understood exactly what I was looking for even with my terrible brief and absolutely nailed it. Liv helped Sammy and took care of me whilst I was in the salon - they both made my first experience of Ruby’s an absolute delight! Thank you girls x

   Myself and my daughter are new to the salon and saw Jess today; she was so friendly and capable, giving me advice on what I asked for and I was very happy with what she did (which was exactly what I wanted) but my daughter was gushing about her as soon as we left! ‘ I love Jess, can we go there every time now, I love my hair’ and on and on! So we will definitely be back in the New Year and cannot recommend enough!

   What a great salon experience - Ruby & the team are professional and always warm! Salon space is clean, bright, chic & welcoming. My stylist Jess is highly personable and professional, she really listens, and I am consulted at every step of the colour and cut. I love how they also work seamlessly as a team, asking each others opinions on my colour /toner etc where necessary, so it feels like I have the whole salon’s expertise on tap! Leadership are clearly doing all the right things as this salon is a happy ship. Great vibe. Highly recommended!

   I’m sorry I’m not sure of the lovely stylist that spent so long trying to save my daughter’s hair after it got matted up. She stayed late after an emergency phone call and then finished it off the next day. Wasn’t able to save it but was transformed into a lovely hair cut/style my daughter loved. I can’t thankyou enough and lovely hospitality offering drinks to my daughter,son and myself and making it a very comfortable experience for all.

   +10/10!! Finally I found someone who not only is amazing at what she does but has been able to give me the colour I've been looking for after so long! I just had my second visit and have been so impressed that the colour from my first visit lasted between sessions - not a hint of brassiness or yellow tones and for the first time in YEARS, I didn't have to use to purple shampoo once - quite something for someone who has tried almost every purple shampoo available in a desperate attempt to tone down the brassiness that has always shown up after a few weeks after colour. Not only that, my root growth was hardly noticeable due to Ruby's amazing skills. So grateful to have found Ruby (who is just as lovely as she is talented) and I can't recommend her, Scarlett and everyone at Ruby @ Browns enough. A top class salon with top class people. Thank you Ruby!

   I’m a regular customer of Browns Buckingham which I already know and love but today was my first visit to Ruby @ Browns. What a really lovely salon - spacious and bright with gorgeous decor. My hair was cut and coloured beautifully by Abigail and I was really pleased with the end result. All COVID guidelines were adhered to and I felt very safe in this environment. I would highly recommend this fab salon.
